Do you agree or disagree that NCL cruise excursions? |
Travel Info are reasonably priced or are somewhat less than what other cruise lines mighjt charge for the same/similar excursion?? Travel Tips They're all a bit high. Many people prefer them because of the safety factor and that the ship will wait for one of their excursions. I've saved some money booking independent excursions, but it's sometimes not worth the hassle of getting there, etc. When you book thru the cruiseline they get you from the ship and back to the ship - this may be worth some extra cash. Source(s): 9 cruises Other Travel Tips I have been on several and NCL was may favorite. Carnival may be less expensive but I did not like them as well and would not take another one. With all the mishaps lately maybe you should choose a cruise line with the best safety record. Happy cruising NCL is a horrible cruise line. We just got back from Alaska and they canceled FOUR of our excursions, and yes - they were very expensive. I prefer Royal Caribbean - we have cruised with them many times. I would never go back to NCL for any cruise. As far as shore excursions are concerned, most lines are expensive for what you get. But in some areas in the Caribbean and other ports, you are safer going with a group from the cruise line, then wandering off by yourself. Experienced cruiser! NCKL has a very bad reputation. Check out Princess, Royal and even Carnival has a better rep than this one. |
