What are the best two-way radios to use on a cruise ship?

Travel Tips
Any FRS or GMRS radio will work just fine.

However, be mindful of your fellow cruise passengers. Just like with a cell phone, there are times when radios are disruptive and using them can be considered rude.

Motorola's . . .
You can hire some for a small fee onboard most ships, just go to the Purser's desk in the first couple of days. I doubt you would get a signal for anything you bring with you. The easiest option is to set up regular meeting times, get the kids to 'check-in' with you at a designated area.

NONE, they are annoying as crap to your fellow passengers. Try doing it the old way, everyone mark up their daily what's happening paper and plan on meeting at a designated time and place.
