I will be going back to work for them in the same position, different ship in 4 weeks. I am now 40. Yes, there are crew memebers of all ages. I just got back from a NCL cruise and our Butler was in his 40's. Two of the girls in the spa have worked on the ship for 8 years, they were in their late 30's. A man who ran the little Java Cafe was in his 50's. Age really isn't an issue. We went on our cruise and most of the people we saw were over 30 and up. Our cabin steward was probably in his late 40's and said that he could make great money that way to give his kids a good life. And our waiter at our table was probably at least 60. so good luck to you and have fun. what a great way to see the world. plenty of peolpe. the persons{2} in charge were like 35 and 45. so get and interview!
