How do four adults fit into a stateroom on a cruise? |
Travel Info I've been on cruises before..but never with more than just 2 people in a room. This time we're going with 4 adults in one room and I was wondering how we all sleep? The room says up to 4, but says it only has 2 twin beds that can convert into a queen??? I'm confused? Travel Tips The room will more than likely have two upper berths that fold out from the wall. The room steward will close them in the morning, and open them in the evening. It will be very crowded, but we only use the room for sleeping, showering and changing. It should only be a minor inconvenience. Source(s): sa Other Travel Tips Like sardines. Some staterooms ARE larger - but 4 people and two twin beds is .. well, I hope you're really, really close friends. I guess it depends how close you are to the other three. :) The two other beds are Pullman beds that come down from the ceiling or from the wall. My kids say they are not very comfortable. Worse than the beds is the 4 adults sharing the bathroom! Tip...take an extra power strip. The room usually only has one. You are going to be awfully cozy! Have fun! There are two "upper beds" they call them. They come out of the ceiling. Its like a bunk bed. They will put them down at night and back up in the morning. Happy Cruising! |
