You can also have a cake delivered at dinner and have the waiters sing happy birthday. The decorations cost about $25 and the cake may be about $10. Here's what I would do; make my own celebration. I would get the room and door decorations. Then order a bottle of champaign delivered to your room the first day and also chocolate covered strawberries and/or other treats. Then plan on having room service for dinner and have it on your balcony. Room service is free and available 24/7. Then order breakfast room service too. Call your travel agent and have them request a table for two for your cruise. Most cruise lines have tables for two but you do have to request them. If your agent cannot get you one, as soon as you get on ship go directly to the dining room and see the MatreD and request the table for two. I do this all of the time.
