Unlimited, wonderful food, lots of fun activities, relaxation, being treated like a queen/king for a week, seeing and enjoying a lot of other countries/islands and just being on a ship in the middle of the water...especially at night...breathtaking! 8 cruises so far. Its a vacation on the ocean/sea for the most part. Everyone boards in one harbor, spend their time on the ship, dancing, dining, relaxing. Every couple of days you stop at a new port to shop, then take off again. Lots of fun!!! Its a luxury hotel/spa floating on the water. Cruise is another word for travelling and you travel from port to port. There is so much to do, they have kid camps so there are activities and game rooms for kids, or you can...eat 24 hours a day...drink 24 hours a day...swim, hottub, fitness area, skeet shooting, golfing, bingo, movies, art auctions, gambling, shopping, water watching, laying in or around one of the pools--usually several, i.e. saltwater, wave pool,kiddy pool, regular pool, live entertainment shows at night, usually several bars with live entertainment, comedy shows, western bars, rock bars, soft rock bars. That's all only on the ship...every port has excursions you can go on either make your own excursion or take one arranged by the ship..in the carribbean they can include: shopping, swimming with dolphins, catarmarans, seeing the rain forest, booze cruises to a beach, barbeques on a beach, gambling. Or you can enjoy your cabin and watch TV. There is something going on on a cruise 24 hours a day...I usually fit in around 6 hours sleeping...then sleep on the plane home and the first couple days back in cold Canada. |
