Celebrity Cruise Line question?

Travel Info
Do any of the Celebrity ships (particularly the Millennium) have a buffet? And if so, what times are they open? And does the cruise line tell you what time you can eat at them or can you go whenever? Thank you in advanced.

Travel Tips
Of course, the Millenium will have a buffet. The hours are usually posted in your daily newsletter that is put in your stateroom when the room stewards perform turn-down service. There is also 24 hour room service where you can order food delivered to your stateroom at no charge. There is also a pizza bar that is open (sometimes 24/7). You'll not need to concern yourself about FOOD. There is plenty of it to be had.
You can also go online and see the layout of the ship; find your stateroom, and look at the public areas. Many times people think they save money by booking direct rather than using a travel agent. WRONG. A travel agent will help you
traverse all the questions you may have. You don't pay extra for that service. Always use a travel agent, it saves you time, money and disappointment. The difference is when you book online you may have that balcony cabin, but you don't realize it is obstructed! Source(s): Travel agent out of Houston, Texas
Other Travel Tips
Yes, they all have Buffet and they serve just about around the clock.....There's always something being served, you'll for sure gain 10 pounds!!! Yes the Cruise will let you know when the main dining room is open, is seems to be around the clock. I usually get Room Service, it's more peaceful for me....
We'll be going again in August. Hope you have a Wonderful time and do take care...Oh try to take your OWN camera, they usually take A TON of pictures so you can buy them.....there pricey so your better off bringing your own digital....
I have sailed on the Millennium twice. It is a very nice ship.

Yes, they do have a buffet for lunch. It is served between 11:30 to 1:30. To my recollection, there is not a buffet for dinner. Dinner is served in the main dining room (very nice), a casual restaurant, or the alternative (fancy and extra charge) dining room. You can also order from the dining room menu and have it served in your room to eat on the balcony.

You will be asked if you prefer the early (6:30 pm) seating or the late (8:30 pm) seating for dinner. I suggest the early since dinner is usually a 90 minute affair and there are many things to do after dinner. You will also be assigned to a table in the main dining room. If you do not like your tablemates, it is always easy to switch tables with a request to the maiter'd.

Lunch is open seating for both the dining room and the buffet and you can go anytime during the lunchtime hours.

The Millenium is a wonderful ship and you should have a great time.
