Vacationstogo.com is a good site. They have last minute deals all the time. Remember you will need a passport to go on a cruise. I am not sure on how old you need to be but I know the website will have it.
Call any travel agent who specializes in Carnival Cruises or just visit the Carnival website. Carnival has many sailings for under $400 a person from various ports in Florida to the Caribbean as well as from San Diego to Mexico.

In order to go alone you must be over 21. However, you will be charge a single supplement that's about double your cruise fare. Get somebody to go with you, there should be at least one 21 year old in every cabin.

Go to the Carnival website and sign up for their email newsletter, every few weeks they have a "Sale" day where they have really good offers and sometimes on board credit too, just for booking on a certain day.
