Is this REALLY ILLEAGAL??

Travel Info
I herd that there was wild dolphins that swim with u at florida. So I am going next weekend to destin.. theres a beach there.. I just read off the net that it was illegal to touch, or feed them.. is that true??

Travel Tips
you are not allowed to feed or touch wild dolphins in part to protect them in their environment

if you want ot pet and swim with the dolphins there are plenty of park that have encounters with them, for a price, but too bad in the end. Source(s): o:)NA

yes, unfortunately its true..........
well if it is, my friend is in trouble, she went to florida few months ago and swam with them...not sure about the feeding part though.
Yes. Fortunately it is true (from the point of view of the dolphins).
Yes you can swim with the dolphins for about a second. It is legal, but don't come thinking that they will be swimming all around you or anything. Dolphins are intelligent and will check you out. Once they realize there is no food they will more than likely leave, sometimes they do play for a while, but I would bet on it.
