Where to book a short/cheap cruise?? |
Travel Info for three people for about 3nights? Any suggested companies you've had good experiences with? and any suggested ports? (from UK) Travel Tips You know, I'm trying easycruise.com next month. Its a 4 day/night cruise that is costing me $172 (USD). There really isn't much to go on but I'm really excited to do this. Others cruisecheap.com I got a really good deal on there a few months ago, Call them though...I got a better price than the online price when I called. P&O ferry from Portsmouth to Bilbao and back, 3 nights, from around 拢68 per person (you have to pay for your food though) P+O from Southampton for your first time. Typically 2 nights (Fri/Sat) going to Belgium,or Holland or France and usually 2nd night Guernsey. Mainly in spring or Autumn as taster" cruises. They are not the cheapest, but the ships are superb, with fab service and everything works perfectly. Come highly recommended. If you remember the Falklands War you will be almost in tears as the military band plays "sailing" when you depart! Gives you a good feel of the bigger boats. We've done 16 cruises now,started with the bigger boats. Now go on small or very small expedition boats to Antarctica, Spitzbergan, Alaska, Greenland, Galapagos etc. having done all the bigger boats trips to Baltic, Transatlantic, Panama Canal Mediterranean etc. Best memories? Being in a pod of whales for about 2 hours in Antarctica 2 years ago! King penguins in South Georgia!
