How good is to work for Princess Cruises?

Travel Info
I was offered to work for Princess as JAP got any idea how would it have been, at the end I decided not to accept, but I still wondering how good it might have been, does anybody have worked there?

Travel Tips
From what I understand, Princess is a very nice company to work for. I have worked for Holland America Line for 5 years (Shipboard) and loved almost every moment of it, With any job you need to take the good with the bad and although you must work, on your time off, you can go ashore in the many ports and experience many different things...

Others
Can you please clarify what a JAP is? I have worked with Holland for 3 years. They are a sister company to Princess. they use the same reservation system and I love working for the cruise lines. You get great benefits and discounted cruising. I am not sure what a JAP is, but I am sure it would be fun.
