What are the best excursions & sights for Samana and Tortola?

We are taking a cruise in Feb with stops in Samana and Tortola.

Let me guess, NCL Dawn or Sun?

In Tortola, you have to go to Virgin Gorda. It is awesome and should be a highlight of the cruise.

Samana is a dive and is a really poverty stricken stop. No other cruise line really goes there. There are trips to the beach and these are the best one's to go on.
