Travel Info What's the best cruise line for young people..not kids..!? Travel Tips The best party boat for young people is Carnival. BUT, I do recommend the new Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas. It is a fantastic ship with many amenities like the rock climbing wall, a full sized basketball court, an ice skating rink, a disco, a shopping mall and on the back of the ship the Flow-Rider. The Flow-Rider is a place where you can water surf on a boogie board and RC is the ONLY cruise line that has this, the new RC ship Liberty of the Seas will also have one. RC also does a great cruise and has THE best private island on its western Caribbean itinerary when it stops at Labadee. That island has multiple beaches and is so large that they provide a free tram to carry you around it. It has Jet ski, parasailing, snorkeling and all kinds of activities available. Frankly you can probably go on Carnival for less but you will have a better time and enjoy the accommodations, food and staff better on RC. That's my experienced recommendation. It was a great cruise. I have heard many good things about Royal Caribbean. I found Carnival tacky, and not only because you had a bunch of whiny parents saying "there was nothin for the kids!" There were many unruly kids. Carnival! |
