Is anyone aware of a company that offers family European River Cruises that are for the frugal?

Travel Info
I'd love to take a European River Cruise with my husband and 11 year old son. But, I don't want to be stuck on a cruise where it is all inclusive, and there are escorted tours at every stop. My ideal cruise ship would just serve breakfast, and drop me off at a new port at 9 a.m. every day, and take off by 10 p.m. or later to cruise to the next port. I hate tours, and would rather explore a town on my own. If the escorted tours are optional, I would be fine with that.

Travel Tips
Check out the web sites directly and look at the itineraries. I always get a taxi and go by myself to whatever I want to do. I hate the tours and want to stay as long as I want when I get there and see the things that I want and also don't want to eat where the group eats as those places are contracted by the cruise line.
