Any tips for Spring Break?!?!?

On March 25, I leave for the Caribbean on Spring Break!!
I am soooooo excited!
Do you have any tips that helped you out on your first cruise?

Play hard but play sensibly and don't go nuts with the food and drink on the ship. Know which shore excursions you want to go on before hand and budget accordingly. Some islands are shoppers paradises (like St. Thomas) while some places you just want to tour and see the sights (St. Barts.) Each island has its individual appeal.

Lastly: Stay away from the hooking-up with the crew in the nightclub! Waiters and bar tenders will promise to take you everywhere but really have one destination on their minds- your cabin. (FYI- cruise lines have rules against this sort of thing but if you are female 18-24 and anatomically correct you can count on being propositioned.)

Dont overpack, make sure you have something to put necessities in besides a purse, like a carry on as the last night of the cruise they ask you to leave your luggage outside the door make sure its locked, and put the next days clothes and other things in it. Also I woudl be very patient with the disembarkation process as it can go somewhat slow and your not allowed in your stateroom after a certain time. Also another thing is make your luggage stand out as they sort it by color depending on when your flight leaves and what order you get off your ship for your flight as you have to look through about a couple hundred bags to find yours. Its not an easy task so I would put like stickers or ribbons or something easy to identify it with.
