Do I have sea legs?

Travel Info
I just got back from my first 7 day cruise and after two days back at home I'm still feeling dizzy. Is that called Sea legs? Is that normal and how long can it last. It's driving me crazy. I can't even sleep becuase it feels like my bed is moving like a ship.

Travel Tips
8 years in the navy, trust me... it's sea legs. You got used to constant motion, even when laying down. For you, only having been out to sea for 7 days, it will go away in a few days. For me, after several deployments and years of sea time, I still feel the waves moving from time to time.

That's very normal and it will go away. I wish i had sea legs right now...(sight)
yeah you're fine. a week versus 2 days? the week is gonna overpower you. i went on a cruise for a MONTH once (call me crazy, but it's true!) and oh my god it seemed as if i had sea legs for ever. never going for that long again!

it'll go away eventually, hope you feel better soon.
Yes but its in your head rather than your legs. take some dramamine or cold tablets if it does not go away in a few days.
