Who has been on the Carnival Conquest?

Is it a good ship? What activities are there for teens? Please give all the information you have about the ship! I want to know everything! Most info gets 10 points!

We hosted 14 guests on the Conquest for Spring Break. 8 of those guests were teens. The teens had a blast.

The 2 18-years olds were able to go into the casino for the first time and they won about $400.00.

Our other teens loved Henri's Disco and just hanging out. The disco is reserved for teens until certain times so they can just enjoy themselves with other teens.

The boys played ball on the upper deck and watched all of the pretty girls until their eyes popped out.

The arcade is a good place to meet other teens but most of the machines died before the end of the trip.

The younger girls loved running around the ship.

While Carnival does offer the "group activities", our teens mostly loved the freedom of being on their own.

24-hour pizza and room service were big hits with the teens.

Notables...
* the itinerary puts you out to sea Monday and Tuesday. Our teens were getting a bit bored by Tuesday afternoon.
* Wed is Jamacia. Fun but stay close to the teens! A 14 yr old got caught with dope by the authorities and he and his mother had to stay in port when the ship left...
* Thurs is Grand Cayman. Check out the Stingray excursion.
* Friday is Cozumel. Recommend the Caveren by Jeep tour.
* recommend purchasing the soda cards for teens. Unlimited soda by the glass will more than pay for itself
* recommend getting sets of the 2-way radios to keep in touch. This allowed our us to give our teens freedom to explore the ship and do their own thing while giving the parents piece of mind.
* the formal nights are great for getting super picutres of the family. There are also opps for very neat casual pictures.
* don't miss the warm chocolate melting cake in the dining room.

The Conquest class is one of the larger ships in the Carnival fleet. She is very smooth.

We will probably take the Conquest again at Thanksgiving.
