Sorry don't know the figures but we had a nightmare getting camera batteries recharged in Havana - we had to get reception to do it. Shaver sockets did not work with uk appliances - and this was a 5star hotel

Santiago was better - the shavers plugged into ordinary wall sockets and worked ok.
