Does anybody know when appointments for Bombo winners will be availabe at the US interest section in Havana?

Travel Info
There's a rumor around saying that they will be available by 2010, but by that time the winner's papers will be obsolete and the visa awarded no longer will be effective, and the person pretty much will have lost the over $850 that we must send from here to pay for their paperwork. It is very frustrating...

You really look desperate , if you live in the USA you can call to the Interest Seccion of USA in Cuba, there is a phone # and a website, you may call them but all the recording is saying is that :"The U.S. Interests Section is not currently accepting entries to the Cuban lottery. Applicants are currently being processed based on entries submitted in the 1998 lottery"
You need to call to the US section in Cuba and try to speak to someone ( always press 0) although they would not tell much, hope this website helps you. Good Luck
