Cuba has a nice semi-tropical weather. February is normally the driest month with an average of one day of rain. All other months average 2- 7 days, which shows that the climate is a bit drier than some of the other Caribbean islands. Of course, the island is susceptible to hurricanes from June - November, with June - September being the rainiest months (still average of only 7 days per month). As like many Caribbean islands the rain is never enough to ruin a vacation :)
The temperature is fairly mild with consistent averages of 60 - 80 degrees, with the warmer weather in summer and the cooler weather in the winter. Cuba averages over 330 sunny days a year!

Cuba - Havana - has a weather web site http://www.cubaweather.org/

Are you American? If you are American and do not have relatives, by US Law you cannot travel to Cuba. The US government also hammers down on Americans that try to get to Cuba through Mexico and other South American countries.
If you are from another country, I am jealous that you can travel to Cuba as it is said to be a great place to visit.

I have wanted to go there because they have some pristine diving waters surrounding the island. Maybe some day the US Government will lift the trade embargo.
It's great. It's humid because it's in the tropics and near the water, but it's temperature is always fairly comfortable.

I'd say go between Feb 15th and April 30th - best weather and warmest, but we were there January 16th and got 25 degree Celsius (80 F) weather the first 3 days and then 28/85 the last four days.

As you move inland it gets a little drier, but a little hotter.

We stayed in Veradero, but travelled into Havana and out to Cayo Blanco.

Best vacation ever!!!!
