Hi me again, I am now staying at the Blau Varadero and wondered what you all think of it as a hotel???

Travel Info
Please advise as to the any nasties that may concern this hotel or things to watch out for. I am going to Cuba in June and staying firstly in Havana at the Hotel Sevilla and then going to Varadero for 14nights to the Blau Varadero and any feedback would be much appreciated. Any tips of where to go, things to see and do and bars and clubs that are a must to get the true Cuban experience!!!! Please help and all info is much appreciated

Mucho Gracias!!!

Travel Tips
It's about 10 minutes from town and 35 minutes from the airport. They have daily activities and nightly entertainment at the hotel, you can also book tours which are always fun. You'll enjoy Havana, visit El Morro Fortress, the national Museum, plus lots of historic sites and places of interest surround you!! If you get the chance try a jungle tour, it's a 2 hour jungle boat ride through a network of channels in a mangrove jungle, you can also snorkel

Have fun!

All the stories you hear about people having very bad things done to them traveling outside the Country .....................are you serious I hope you've been all over the United States and seen it before you start leaving the Country to spend your American Dollars........South Carolina, Hawaii, California
not to mention Your going in the Middle of Hurricane Season to a small Island in the Ocean .............HUH
matt i doubt she is even American(off your high horse) I am going late june cant wait, i researched places to and that on my holiday companies web site (my travel) it gives you guides and stuff to do while there
I've been to Cuba, but didn't stay in Varadero. Although we did a couple of day trips there and its very beautiful. A group of 6 rented a sailboat, and went fishing. We stopped for lunch and the crew made us a fabulous lobster lunch. After lunch we snorkeled.
However I just wanted to say, that Cuba is very safe. That other dumbass must have been American. You won't find everyone packing a gun there!
Have a great holiday
check out your hotel on tripadvisor.com excellent website!
