I know air jamaica have a non stop flight from montego bay, jamaica to Havana. Americans can't go to Cuba. A US Passport ENSURES you aint gettin' in to Cuba! Also, Gitmo is not considered "going to Cuba" other than going to a small US Military Base in a high fenced-in area on the edge of Cuba. It doesn't matter what country to go to first.
