Travel Info Will drug records keep you out of Cuba for vacation? Travel Tips Where are you from? If you are a US Citizen, you can't go there anyway. If you have a valid passport from your country, you should be ok to travel there. As long as you don't have any felony convictions, you should be fine. Others I'd personally be afraid to go there anyway. Same with anyhwere in South America or middle east. If your Passport valid - do not see why not - you have to fill in a Visa - which does not mention anything about a criminal record. It just wants to no name, place of birth, passport number, d.o.b. and hotel where you are staying - I saw people filling them in when we arrived in Cuba - so I do not think they will have time to check you out - if you get what I mean. There are 2 sections for you to fill in - they keep one - and you need the other to get out of the country - because you have to pay 25CUC to leave. If you need to get any money on credit card you will need your passport, some excursions I went on to the mainland I have to take passport and travel visa with me.
