So, think of a peso as roughly 50p and you wont go far wrong on small amounts. Others Use the free currency converter at http://www.xe.com/ucc/ I was getting between 160/179 CUC's per 拢100 sterling the rate changes daily. You do get a good exchange rate on your debit card. You cannot change your money over here and you cannot bring any money back out of Cuba - which is a bit pointless really because nobody will change your currency over here. It cost you 25 CUC to leave Cuba - which you pay at the airport before departure - you can change any money left over there too.
