Who knows! because canada is pretty lame. they know there is nothing to do there and it is cold. so they want you to have a warm place to go with like minded people..... proud american! Embargo that JFK made Because the Cubans down in Florida want Castro out of power and the Demand our Country has and Embargo on all of Cuba's products. Also The way Castro gets U.S. Dollars is by The same Cubans down in Florida sending Money back home to Their loved ones in Cuba. Also My Grand Father Came from New Brunswick. Canada Up by Muncton.
