Travel Info I mean seriously it will just go from bad to worse when Castro hands down his power to another dictator. Travel Tips Well, like him or hate him, you got to admit Castro is one of a kind. Charismatic and ruthless at the same time. His brother Raul, next in line, does not have his charisma. IF the new leader screws things up, maybe the Commie regime will fall like the commie regimes in East Europe in the early 1990's. It would probably take a public uprising, riots in the streets, protests for democracy, etc. Others it will be the same !! nope. No, why would it? Castro has already stepped down he just isn't dead yet. His brother has taken charge of the country. Cuba as a country will not change the only difference is that now there is a leader in power that is stupid enough and has the balls to do what cuba has wanted to do for some time...... Get the US out of their country We could speculate about it all day. The interesting thing about governments is they can change at a moment's notice, especially when there is a change in rulership. Time will tell. will be pretty much the same unless the CIA has been anticipating this and has somehow set up a stooge to put in place. |
