Chocolate is made in Cuba, but isn't widely available, if at all, outside the country. In Old Havana there is a Chocolate Museum (Museo de chocolate), where you can try locally made truffles, as well as cold chocolate and spiced hot chocolate (chocolate Azteca).

Cocoa is grown in Cuba, and is reported to be of excellent quality, but there aren't many factories producing chocolate. The Eastern part of the island (el Oriente) reportedly has good quality chocolate and fudge, which is available only locally.
