Does anyone know of a good information resource where someone could look to find apartments for rental? perhaps an agency in Cuba or a contact?

Specifically my criteria are:

-monthly/weekly rental
and
-located in Havana, Cuba

Hi. My name is Dave, I am British, live in the Bahamas and go backwards and forwards to Cuba every few months. I have been going to Cuba for about ten years now and the people are wonderfully friendly. I usually stay at a private, two bedroom apartment in Old Havana, a block away from the Inglaterra and many other hotels. The apartment is on the second floor of a huge apartment block. It is quite large, has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two full size beds. Both have air conditioning units. Tiled floors throughout. Nicely furnished, TV, video and phone. Both bedrooms have access to the same large bathroom. There is a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the street, which is a minute's walk from the plaza with the tourist hotels and restaurants. The rooms rent for $25 a night, meals are $5 per meal. Food is excellent. Rooms can be rented singly, in which case the owner, Sara Maria, will be on site, or the two rooms can be rented together and she will be just a phone call away. She doesn't speak much English but is very helpful. Obviously for a weekly or monthly stay the price would be reduced. The contact is:
