Travel Tips
You have several choices. You can look on last minute.com and cheapflights.com. These will give you a rough idea of what you might have to pay. Try different dates...be flexible. Try different classes, sometimes the fdifference is minimal, sometimes not. If you're going at a peak period, flights will get full so book early. If it's not a peak time and you can belflexible, leave it till about three weeks before and scour the interent sites on an hourly basis. You'll come up with a good price, but you have to put in the time.

www.kayak.com and www.sidestep.com search hundreds of different sites for the cheapest flights!
Get the best price by searching your flight with flexible dates on www.travelocity.com. Once you find the cheapest flight see who the carrier is (US Airways, AA etc) and then go to thier direct website and search the same dates. The flights are usually cheaper than using a third party website :) Have a great trip!
When traveling to Cuba, one of the best ways is to fly to COSTA RICA and then to Cuba. I use American Airlines!

Oh yes there are State Department Restrictions on flying there!

Thanks RR
Unless the law has changed, and it may well have, there are no flights to Cuba from the U.S. You would have to go to another country, and then fly to Cuba. However, it used to be illegal for and American citizen to visit Cuba. But, things do change.
Direct holidays fly direct to cuba from several airports incl Manchester .
www.skyscanner.net always finds the cheapies for me!
