There's an airport in Cayo Coco, you can take a flight to Havana. It's also possible by car but it's a whole day drive.

All the tour reps in the hotels in Cayo Coco do trips to Havana, just have word with them and they will be willing to sort something out for you, we went with First Choice but booked our trip to Havana with Thomas Cook at our hotel in Cayo Coco as it was better value and they did overnights too, good luck.
