What are the visa requirements for Cuba travel for Pakistani nationals?

Trying to travel from US. Will stop in Nassau and enter through Nassau to Cuba. Any advise will be helpful for Pakistani national with US green card.

Travel Tips
Everyone entering Cuba needs a passport and a visa...they should give you the visa on the plane. Check with your travel agent first! If not, you will need to apply for one. It costs $10.00, but can take 2 months to arrive.
