Travel Tips We were in Cuba last Easter and had Typhoid and Hepatitis A before we went, best to have yourself covered by both of these injections to be safe, they don't hurt and have no side effects except for a bit of an aching arm for a few hours after, you don't have to have these injections by law, we just prefer to play safe, your doctor and the pharmacist at Asda can tell you all about them and advise you. Others Cuba!! I tend to use the NHS or MASTA for vaccination info. The NHS is free but doesn't give as much detail as MASTA. |
