What is the negatives about cuba? |
Travel Info im doing a project at school and need help Travel Tips Fidel Castro is the number 1. There is a great education system, but you can make no real money even if you study. Young girls have turned to prostitution in the major cities such as Havana. There is not enough food in the major cities (rural towns do better as they can grow their own rice, etc.) The electricity can go out at any given time, they turn it off at their convenience. Their doctors are some of the best in the world, yet it is very difficult to get medication needed. (if there is any) The people are oppressed, they cannot speak their mind freely. If caught bad mouthing the regime or the leader, they can face jail time. There is a lot of information, I have included some links for your convenience. Other Travel Tips their dictator... he's awful It is a dictatorship run by Castro. It is a Communist country and the US has a trade embargo with them. There are a couple of negatives. Fidel Castro - he has stayed too long and not prepared the way for new ideas and leaders. Many once beautiful buildings are deteriorating and becoming unsafe because upkeep is impossible.... :) What "are" the negatives about Cuba? They are a poor but well educated country. The negative(s) about the country are high levels of stealing in bigger towns and cities prostitution in tourist areas lower selection of food to order from in restaurants. On the other hand, Cuba is beautiful, and the people are very friendly. |
