What sort of stuff is worth buying when visiting Cuba? |
Travel Info _Besides_ cigars. (Am Canadian; Cuban cigars are available at corner stores here.) What's interesting and cheap that you don't see elsewhere? Any ideas welcome. Travel Tips Coffee, rum and music Others Cigars!!! That's it. Don't know what you should buy. But bring them some things (especially toiletries). A lot of tourists go down there with a suitcase full of stuff to give away. Sure, some of it will end up being sold on the black market, but I'm not sure that's a bad thing. The artwork is priceless down there... Cuban coffee is really good - we brought some back and one relative said that it was better than Tim Hortons! |
