Anytime is a "good" time, Cuba is a beautiful Island, but I would suggest, the Spring... March-May is optimal.. you miss hurricane season and it's not as hot as the summer months. Winter months...Dec-Feb are usually quite packed with tourists looking to get away from the cold harsh winters in their own country.

As far as the weather go, and girls everywhere the best months a July and August, however they tend to be the most expensive season too.
