Well..this is a tricky one. My father and I were wondering the same thing because at the moment I have a cousin from Argentina who is studying in Cuba...we want to go visit him the only problem being I am an American citizen. My father being a citizen of Argentina would have no problem but for U.S. citizens it is a little harder. I have talked to friends who said they entered through Canada and went back home through Canada but the problem isn't getting in to Cuba it is getting out. Cubans welcome us...welcome the tourism. It is our government who has a problem with Cuba. So you can try to risk it-people do and have succeeded but U.S. border patrol and customs might not let you come back into the country. That is the tough part. You should get info from someone in Canada and ask how people go about it. When you find out let me know because I'd like to go as well but not have to get stuck there forever! Buena suerte!

You have to have a pasport that is not issued in the US, such as a Canadian passport. Just traveling from Canada will not get you in.

you do not need to be a canadian citizen to pass through. you need a passport to get on a plane. you need a passport to get across the boarder in 2008 by car.

as for cuba never been there don't want to go there so I don't know but get a passport.

you need proof that you will be going back to your country or else Canada will not let you enter- or atleast not without a lot of questioning.

as for the person above me. You can't get a Canadian passport UNLESS you're Canadian.

Don't know what he's talking about...you need a passport from your own country.
