Travel Info Going to cuba with thomas cook in june hotel melis las dunas at cayo santa maria.any pros and cons? Travel Tips cannot find your hotel have you spelt it correctly??? http://www.debbiescaribbeanresortreviews... Others not sure about your hotel but you will absolutely love cuba! make sure you venture out of your hotel / resort to see the real cuba. the music and mohito's do it for me. enjoy to check out any holidays abroad why no try holidays-uncovered.com this will tell you about the hotel and surrounding areas from people who have been. dont forget www.holidays-uncovered.com good luck x dont know the hotel, sorry, but you're gonna love it! if you get the chance please go on the sunset cruise on the catamarans. they take you out to the most beautiful island, dolphins swim around the boat and you can have fresh lobster and they have a bar on board. beautiful! also, if you have any samples of perfumes or any toiletries you dont want take them and leave them for your maid. they will take extra care of you and leave you swans made out of towels and flowers on your bed and things. I go to verify? Sunday, March 18, 2007 http://www.tripadvisor.es/hotel_review-g... Melia Las Dunas Resort Melia Las Dunas Resort It seems to be a good Hotel. I see only good things, go for it and have a cold beer for me. Good luck. Don't know what the hotel is like to stay in but it looks a lovely place, we stayed in the Cayo's last April and went past Santa Maria and saw this hotel been finished, looks stunning, Cuba is a wonderful place and the people are just beautiful and will do anything for you to make your holiday even better for you, the Thomas Cook reps are great in Cuba too, much better than the ones in other holiday resorts you go to, take everything you can toiletry's wise as its hard to get stuff like that in Cuba and if you can they are so expensive, take your sun lotion and after sun too, that's so expensive in Cuba, spray your legs from the knees downwards each night before you go out, the sand flies are a bit of a pain but the mossie spray stops them, do the catamaran trips if you can as they are just out of this world, the beaches and ocean in Cuba are to die for, fantastic, take bread and banana from the hotel restaurant with you to feed the fish with, they just come swarming round you its amazing and you can get some brill photos that way, the disposable water cameras from Asda in packs of two are excellent for that and dirt cheap, the food on the Thomas Cook flights to Cuba is good, you get a meal after an hour of been on the flight and a nice snack an hour before you land and same coming back, have an amazing time, but no doubt you will in Cuba it really is a wonderful place. |
