Rainy season?

We are planning our Honeymoon and would like to go to Varadero. i am concerned about it being the rainy season. We would be going July 7-13. Does anyone know what the weather is usually like in Cuba in July?

July is hurricane season..but they normally receive most storms after September. It is rainy season with temps ranging from 86-89 degrees farenheit. It usually rains at the end of the day. Weather is never certain. June 1-November 30 is hurricane season all over the Caribbean. The worst months are August, Sept and October. The waters heats up and it fuels the hurricanes.
