Things to do In Dallas, Texas?

My little sisters boyfirend jsut left for boot camp and she is really depressed, i wanted to take her out in the dallas area this weekend and do something fun (she is only 17) and the rangers aren't playing, does anyone have any ideas?

There's lots of things to do in texas...Science place in South Dallas, Gallaria in Downtown dallas also with lots of restaurants, Sambucas in addison (Jazz Restaurant), eat dinner in the ball you can see all of Dallas from there. Clubs---Club Blue, Club X...
Movies--Imax theatre...Ice Skating in the Gallaria...take the Dart Train and see a lot of Dallas...More fun stuff are in Plano and in Addison...Six Flags in Arlington, Fort Worth Zoo, Dallas Zoo, Hurricane Harbor...West End...Malls--North Park Mall, Town East Mall is in Mesquite

check out the world aquarium in downtown, it's beautiful. it will definitely keep her mind of things. tell her my prayers are with her and her soldier boyfriend. he's a brave american and he's appreciated.

Six Flags, wet & wild, the wax museum, the botanical gardens, Dallas Zoo - though Ft. Worth Zoo is much bigger & I think better. I don't know, but Shakespeare in the Park might still be running. If you like shopping & culture, try downtown...the West End has fun stores & some pretty good food & live entertainment.
