Which part of Dallas is good to move too?

Travel Info
I am transfering colleges this spring and want to find a place in the good part of town.

Travel Tips
Check out North Oak Cliff. Everybody will tell you it's scary, but it's not, unless you're afraid of your own shadow. It's an established area with character and real, big trees, not the puny ones you see in the suburbs. It's near downtown, DART rail is close, and the Bishop Arts District is interesting.

If you want to live near a huge mall and lots of traffic, it isn't the place to be. But if you like being near downtown, not far from the Trinity River and occasional wildlife, it is.

Others
Uptown, Northpark, University Park, Highland Park,Frisco (just north of dallas) Richardson, Rockwall, Rowlett, Las Calinas...the list goes on!!!!!
areas in the north and northeast have the worst accumulated air pollution.
Inside the city, I would choose Lakewood or Far North Dallas.
