Houston, Atlanta or Dallas? |
Travel Info I will soon have a degree in both video production and graphic design. I plan on relocating soon after college. Which city has the best job market/industry for my fields: Atlanta, Houston, or Dallas? Travel Tips Dallas is a good market for the video/film industries, but it is also very competitive and there are many MANY people here all competing for the same work. I would get your job first and relocate to it, rather than the other way around. Others I would pick Dallas because it is wide-known and people in Texas are looking for help on Marketing/Industry jobs. If you want to stay close to home, chose the city closest. Best of luck on your choice!! :) I lived in both Houston and Dallas. Never been to Atlanta. I would say Houston is where you would be the most happy. Atlanta !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I would think your best bet would be 1-Houston 2-Dallas and the 3rd being Atlanta. I have lived in Houston and Dallas and if you can't get it done there you can't get it done anywhere!!Good luck!! dallas Dallas (Los Colinas) actually has a movie studio. Their are a large number of video production opportunities and Dallas is probably about #4 in advertising with many of the major companies having branches in Dallas. |
