Can you be more specific? Are you interested in night life, shopping, outdoor activities, sports, nature? Geographically, it's not too exciting and the summers are just too hot to really enjoy the outdoors (unless, of course, you love the heat).

I've lived in Arlington (between Dallas and Fort Worth) since 1988 and I'm trying to think of some great places . . . I'll have to get back with you on that.
