Moving from Dallas, TX to Toronto, Canada? |
Travel Info I am moving from Dallas, TX to Toronto, Canada around end February/early March, 2006. Looking for someone who is moving too during that period so we can share cost of U Haul and Gas and have extra drivers to drive the truck. Travel Tips Check out ABF U-Pack Moving. You load your stuff into one of ABF's commercial freight trailers and they do the driving for you. You pay only for the space you use inside the trailer, and then they load commercial goods into the rest of the trailer (so basically, you're sharing the cost of your move with commercial goods). It is a reputable moving service with good reveiws on Epinions.com. If you have any questions, feel free to message me. I work for ABF. Good Luck! Source(s): www.upack.com Other Travel Tips Very few people move at that time. I suggest you ask the U Haul company if anybody is moving to that area and suggest to them that you can share a truck, though I highly doubt somebody would share a U Haul with a stranger... Why would you want to move to Canada? You do realize that the end of February is the dead of winter up there and you with your thin Texas blood will freeze your behind off. But if you are set on going I think you will have to go alone most people would not want to share a truck with a stranger. |
