well if you want the implants, i say go for it. i am a 36dd and i want a reduction. no one knows how you feel. i feel fat and uncomfortable and it is hard to fit the kind of shirts i like, if i could afford a breast reduction i would go for it myself.
don't let anyone tell you what is right for you. if it will make you feel and look better, do what you gotta do. but i don't know of any site, just google up something. anything is possible.

Don't do it, especially if you have to go into debt for it. Its fake, and people can tell....save your money and buy some real self esteem...
