I'm going to Dallas for a weekend in February... What should I see/do?

Travel Info
The Feb 9-11 Weekend.

Travel Tips
Check out www.guidelive.com it lists many of the events that are going on.
See Dealy Plaza where Kennedy was killed that is near the west end which is an entertainment district.

Others
Depends on what you want to see, we have tons of art museums here and aquariums. If you want a night life we have tons of clubs with differnet kinds of music and check out the great restaurants. Its hard to say where to go because I dont know what you like but if you might want to check out down town dallas day or night.
If you want to see all of Dallas in about an hour, check out Reunion Tower, which revolves and offers cool views. It's downtown next to Union Station, across from the Hyatt Regency. There's an observation level, a bar level and a restaurant. The restaurant is expensive but nice, and the observation level is just a few bucks. The bar is fine, but the service can be iffy. Sunday brunch there is very good.

The Galleria, North Park and Mockingbird Station offer places to shop. Galleria and North Park are covered malls, and Mockingbird Station is more open. It has an Indie theater, various restaurants, an Irish bar and plenty of places to shop. It's right on the train line, so you could take a train from Union Station there and not worry about traffic.

The West End is another stop on the train line. It's mostly a bunch of restaurants close to downtown. The Dallas World Aquarium is within walking distance from the West End, and it's got plenty to offer. The last time I went, there was a manatee, penguins and other birds, plenty of all kinds of fish, and other animals.

There's Deep Ellum if you like clubbing. ... Southfork Ranch if you liked the Dallas TV series. ... White Rock Lake if you like the outdoors. ... Dealey Plaza, where Kennedy was shot, if you like history.

I hope you have a good time.
Go up in the Reunion Tower, don't forget you camera, the pics will look like aerial photos. This place is so diverse, there is so much to do, I'm guessing you are here on a business trip, so sightseeing is a good one if you have time, also ask at you hotel, they should have some good suggestions too,
Definitely see the JFK MEMORIAL and the Aquarium, all in the same area.
Dallas Galleria
Dealy Plaza, and the 6th floor museum.
