It's not too big, but Baylor University is there and it's a major college in Texas. It only has about 200,000 people so it has a small town charm about it. The Dr Pepper museum is there, and it's close to Austin.
It is growing and if you move there you want to live on the south side of town. They have a mall and several shopping centers.
Me from traveling there so much!
Waco has about 120,000 residents... about the same size as Bryan-College Station.
