It sounds like a school assignment. I'm originally from Copperas Cove. So I saw Killeen felt the need to lend my two cents.I suppose look at several things such as crime, gang activity poverty level, amount of people in homeless shelters, condition of streets and schools, things of that nature. Probably dealing with the military base might play in there - issues of small towns vs. military rules, constant turnover of people in schools, and so on
