That comment about the American Flag and Texas flag flying at the same height is bogus! Read up on it before you say it. Any state can do it. Texas is the only state ignorant enough to do it.

Texas is a great place to live. There are lakes, the beach, camping, hunting, football, good places to go out (Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin), the people are nice, and Texas has a very interesting history! We are the only state in the US that can be our own independant republic!! Texans are very proud of their state and are happy to be from there!!
