Where are the bad neighborhoods in Fort Worth, Texas? |
Travel Info Where are the bad neighborhoods in Fort Worth, Texas? Travel Tips The Far south parts of town have some decent neighborhoods. But the best neighborhoods are in west, far west, and southwest parts of town. Look for houses in these zip codes. 76109,76123,76132,76133,76036, 76108,76116. Part of the 76036 zip code is in Crowley, and some of it is in Fort Worth. The 76137 zip code is also very nice, and you get the benefit of going to Keller schools, while still living in Fort Worth, but it is about 30 minutes from Downtown Fort Worth. Others its texas everywheres bad North and east Ft Worht are the worst but Parts of the south closest to the city are also very bad. The best is the south west and west areas. the neighborhood closest to the downtown Ft. Worth area are bad places to be... Streets like "Berry St" or Lancaster Ave. North side and East side and anywhere near downtown are the worst parts of Fort Worth. I wouldn't go to east side for ANYTHING!!! If the part of town looks really run down, stay away from it!!! I've lived here for 26 years!!!! east lancaster, east berry, stop 6, just to the east side of i-35...basically northeast. |
