Candle Ridge and Trail Lake are pretty nice. Not as nice as it was 15 years ago, but that's just me being bitter. But you will definitely be happy if you purchase a home in those areas. Marine Creek is in the North part of town, and is too close to the heavily populated Hispanic parts of town. But if your looking for houses around there. Look for them in the 76135 zip code, there are many great neighborhoods in that zip, and it has pretty good schools. But if you want the most for your dollar, look in the 76137 zip, you get the benefit of living in Fort Worth, but living in the Keller ISD. But the Candleridge and Trail Lake parts of town are more kid friendly than the Marine Creek part of town. And the 76137 is also one of the kid friendly parts of town. |
